Web app for cleaning operations
Pen and paper out, web app in - occupancies, cleaning and history in one place.
The challenge
Cleaning was organised with pen and paper. That was error-prone, and there was no reliable history of which room was cleaned when and by whom.
Our process
We built a web app from scratch - with multiple roles: admins create occupancies, the cleaning team opens the relevant room, reads the instructions and marks it as 'cleaned'. The room is then immediately available for new occupancies again.
The result
The entire cleaning workflow runs digitally. Errors are reduced, and there's a complete history of when a room was cleaned and by whom.
